Join Lauren Cohen and Emma Peck for this special Saturday offering - a combination of movement (vinyasa yoga), stillness (restorative yoga and meditation), mantra and sound healing. We will have a soulful vinyasa practice, followed by restorative postures and an extended savasana sound bath, allowing for deep rest and relaxation.
